GRE is stimulating public debate in St. Petersburg with a series of discussions for NGOs and young people in particular.

Every month, two or three experts with controversial views are invited to discuss a subject of public concern with the audience. GRE thus provides space for real dispute, controversial debate, and critical thinking, while at the same time introducing concepts that receive too little attention in the media to the public. A particular feature of the debate club is its international and intercultural approach and specific techniques to stimulate participation of the audience.
